şahsi kanaatimce de 'blue in green' adlı eseri bu albümün en değerlisidir. -
kind of blue gibi bir başyapıtla beraber birth of the cool gibi şehaser niteliğindeki albümleri beraberinde getirmiş, kariyerinin belli bir döneminde john coltrane gibi bir ilahla çalışmış ve dünyaya cool jazz gibi mükemmel bir genre bağışlamış güzel insan. -
miles davis solo ve kendi orkestrası ile yaptığı çalışmalarında yumuşak, lirik ve hafif sesler kullanmış amerikan trompetçi ve band lideridir ayrıca 1950'lerde "cool jazz" adlı yeni bir akımın ilk adımlarını atmıştır. -
