herkesin merak ettiği bir soru olduğunu varsayarak hikayesini araştırdım ben de biraz. official olarak gruptan herhangi bir bilgi yok bu bağlamda. ama herkesin bir teorisi var ve bana en mantıklı geleni için:

it's the story of a boy, whose girlfriend left him for another man. he kills him and now the gang of the other man is after him. he goes to meet his mother before the gang finds him. the opera part of the song is the gunfight, where the gang mocks him for being "just a poor boy." they shoot in the air which is thunderbolt and lightening. he begs but they wouldn't let him go. so he kills them all. "so you think you can stone me and spit in my eye?" as he celebrates. but still, he knows he'll have to spend his life as a fugitive. he needs to "get right out of here" which explains the melancholy at the end. even though he came out alive, he will never be able to see his mother again.
